Your Rights at Work: What They Are and How to Defend Them

  • Massachusetts Jobs with Justice 375 Centre Street Jamaica Plain, MA, 02130 United States (map)

What are your legal rights at work? How do those rights change when you join a union? This workshop will answer all your questions about what you, your coworkers, and your boss can and can’t do on the job.

Every summer Jobs with Justice hosts a Summer Education series where we bring together interns, students, volunteers, activists and community members to learn the fundamentals of organizing and political education using popular education techniques. We'll cover your rights at work, one-on-ones, power analysis, communications strategy, immigrant rights, the struggle for Umass Boston and our People's Agenda to GOTV 2018. Please join us!
