"Backpack Full of Cash" Film Screening (Framingham)

  • Framingham Public Library 49 Lexington Street Framingham, MA, 01702 United States (map)

Join us for a Film Screening & Conversation!

Now more than ever we need to unite and protect our public schools against Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos and the corporate agenda trying to profit off our schools. In Massachusetts, there have been screenings of "Backpack Full of Cash" throughout the state to bring together educators, parents and students to learn about the privatization of public schools and its consequences on our schools and children.

Join us in Framingham for a screening of "Backpack Full of Cash" - discussion to follow after. There will be refreshments and light dinner, provided by the Framingham Teachers Association (FTA).

Event co-sponsors include: Framingham Teachers Association (FTA), Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA), La Voz de la Comunidad- Framingham, Massachusetts Jobs with Justice, and Massachusetts Education Justice Alliance (MEJA).
