Technicians at Boch Honda voted to join the Machinists Union in November, 2010. Since then, management has done everything to undermine their efforts to get a first contract. There have been many charges filed against Boch Honda for violation of the National Labor Relations Act. Negotiations have been extremely slow and difficult. We say: Shame on Boch Honda!
