Moving On: Reengaging in Community Life
July 17, 24 and 31 from 1:00-4:00pm
This program is specifically designed for the older adult who is a former caregiver of a family member, friend or neighbor. Through three facilitated workshop sessions you will explore ways to enhance your general well-being, learn to share and apply your caregiving experience to new activities, and find out about community resources and advocacy.
