Campaign for Change at Walmart

Making Change at Walmart graphic

What Are We Doing?

We envision a future in which Walmart treats the Associates of Walmart with respect and dignity. As part of our low wage worker organizing, we believe that if we can change the way Walmart treats their workers, we can make significant change in the model for ALL retail & other types of work.

OUR Walmart

OUR (Organization United for Respect) Walmart works to ensure that every Associate, regardless of his or her title, age, race, or sex, is respected at Walmart. We join together to offer strength and support in addressing the challenges that arise in stores and the company everyday.

Where are we organizing?

We are organizing Walmarts all over Massachusetts along with our sister chapter, Western MA JwJ.

How Can I Get Involved?
  • ORGANIZATIONS: Endorse our campaign, attend coalition meetings, and turn out for actions. Invite one of our organizers to do presentations at your organization for how to get involved!
  • INDIVIDUALS: Volunteer to help with phone banks, canvass neighborhoods, or hold an informational house party. Get involved with our annual Black Friday actions, and let us know if you'd like to lead an action in your city.
